The only Person that will be praised on another anniversary of my birth is God Almighty Whom I owe ALL. I acknowledge the fact that I was picked up in a filthy garment by God who located me by His grace.  At all times, I am full of praises to Him and the Psalmist’s assertion: “If it had not been the Lord who was on our side…’’Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us….” (Psalms 124:1-3) comes to my mind every so often. And I must praise and worship God every minute of my life for His unqualified and unquantifiable mercies and grace. Where do I start?  Is it from worshipping God for the daily miracle of waking me up; or the grace of divine protection, favour or provision? Just like Biblical David reasoned, I have pondered every now and again over the issue: “Who Am I that it has pleased God to lead me this far?” I must testify to the fact that God is a Perfect Arranger. Whoever knows me well would attest to the fact that ordinarily, I should not be counted among the living today because of my innumerable journeys through the valley of the shadow of death. But God has always spared me by His mercies.  So many occurrences in my life, as reflected in my testimonies attest to this very salient fact. But the Creator has, instead of allowing the abrupt termination of my life granted me unqualified favours.  I am always conscious of the fact that the greatest challenge facing humanity is getting to their places of focus. The most important relationship that people should have, is with God. Therefore, the only plan that will work out right is the one God gives. And the power needed to fulfil that plan comes from Him alone. The immediate-past head of the Church of All Nigeria (Anglican Communion) The Most Rev.
